I feel better about my deal now. I am trading a 2005 Ducati ST3 with 10,800 miles and a top case. He is giving me $8,300 for it.
$8,147 - 2 tone America
+ 495 - Freight and Prep
+ 52 - Doc Fee
+ 26.59 - Tax (because of trade),
+ 65 - Title
+ 15 - Plate
= $8,800.59
+ 198.45 - Ducati(Owe -$8,498.45-$8,300 trade = $198.45)
= $8999.04 OTD price
He did sweeten the deal by installing the $1,200 accessories for free.
I think it is a good deal because I am getting a very good value for my trade, and paying MSRP for the bike + fees. If you look up the trade on my Ducati - you will see why I am satisfied
