My dealer charged list plus $400. freight and $60. title and registration fee - no other hidden charges. My sales tax was 6%. The only other charges were add on parts they made me a deal on and installed free. Your $295. set up charge and $229. doumentation plus the $68. title/tags seems way too much. My dealer mailed the tag and title to me - that was all included.
Sounds like the title and registration fee is $68. Besides freight charge and tax, there shouldn't be a charge for uncrating and set up. I would check with another dealer.
