We were both wearing full face helmets. But his was one of those flip up ones. His bike flipped end over end, so he face planted and the bike flipped over him. The weird thing was his helmet was no where near him, and his head was a pool of blood. What I think happened was the flip chin up peice broke off and the helmet was ripped off his head. Even with the helmet he would have broke his neck. Seeing this bike in the wrecking yard the front forks were bent back torward the frame. I think the front brake locked up from the impact and casued the bike to rotate around the front wheet in the direction of travel. He was laying in the road about 20 feet down road from the bike.
