Fuel Injection? I thought that was going to be on the 2009 model. The 2008s have normally aspirated carbs, don't they?

What?!? A 1500cc spicy Thai delight? I've heard of this rumour, they're calling it the Unicorn or Nessy right?

I heard that too!
I believe it runs on a special mix of Putoline and soy sauce .. a friend who's dad "had one of those in the '60s" told me.

On Topic...I bet Bloor's engineers get the fuel mapping fingered out real quick. I for one would love to have fuel injection. Not in a retrofit manner mind you but if throttle bodies help stave off water jackets, more power-to-the-commanders. Pun intended. I enjoy Thai restaurants.

1500 cc parallel twins?

The lag on the one I rode might have been a set up problem but in my experience, the F.I. on Triumphs is a bit vague.
The F.I. on the '06 ST (first of the 'new shape') is snatchy - I understand that's been sorted though.

Sorry. I had read in some magazine that EFI was going to be on the 08 models in Europe on January 1st.
I also heard they look just like carburetors.

Hey Matt I still have a couple on the road that I have to kick. One is 1 year older than me and the other 1 year younger.
