If it feels good and the decel popping isn't bad, you're probably ok. My service dealer really believes that keeping the screws in is better overall becuase it affects the entire range more than changing pilots. If you have to turn them out more than the 3 turns, I'd try 45 pilots. I had the same set up almost exactly that you have until I had the BB done. I think I was 2.5-3 turns out. Now I've got 45s (I had them initially when I put on the SS pipes) again and only 2 turns out.
