Straight pipes, no baffles would definitely change your jetting needs.
I have the stock baffles, with about 25% of the packing removed. I'm running the jets SS sent: 132.5/45, stock needles, no shims and my bike runs like a champ. A/F screws set at 3 turns out with just a tiny bit of popping, which I like. 3.25 turns out removes the popping.
