Thanks for the advice. After going to the American Heart Association's website I've begun to understand my chart. It seems the only two categories that are excellent are HDL and Triglycerides. Everything else requires more work.

The way I figure it, if I sweat my a$$ off every night after work for a whole year I can bring some of those other numbers down.
