Well I'm glad I looked at the photo's. All is now clear. For those without 20/20 vision here are the details. - The front appears to have one wheel. - The rider is in the middle of the bike. We assume the seat is in this area. - The yellow plate at the back is the number plate. - The rider is wearing dayglow yellow on a secret test ride. Numpty.
