I agree, I really like my Speedy.... my mech has ridden all my bikes to his workplace ( any excuse to ride! <BG> and has received more compliments on the Speedy than all of the other bikes combined.
the
SM is a great mid sized cruise, I'd like to take it on a nice summer cruise for a couple of months. My Harley is also comfortable, goes a little faster, the main advantage is that it doesn't blow around on the road so much when it's windy, it's about 650 lbs unloaded. I sold my Yamaha FJR 1300 sport tourer ( it's too big for me and I needed the cash) but I'd like to possibly get a Tiger or Sprint for long distance riding. The FJR iwas really comfortable and goes way faster than any reasonable person needs to, but oh well! <BG> I'd just like a smaller version of the FJR, and I think the Tiger comes closest.

I also have a Suzuki Bandit 1200, also a nice bike. But all of them are different for different types of riding.
The Victory's are nice, too, yes, it's a clone, but they do give you a small tool kit. You can literally take the whole bike apart with it. But it does not ride the same as my Harley or the Triumph or the Bandit. Each bike has a unique feel to it.
I'll keep the SM and my Deuce, even if I dont' get any other bikes.
I always wanted a Norton Commando, tho...<BG>
