I've had my eye on these
Tourmaster Winter Elite Gloves for some time, but haven't been able to spring for them yet. So I can't comment on them.
Currently I wear these
First Gear Explorer gloves and when it gets real cold I wear some silk liners under them. That combo is OK into the 30s (F). I have worn that combo well below freezing during my commute to work (45 minutes one way) and wished for something warmer, but I survived well enough.
