Actually the newest rumor is that Triumph is bringing back the Tigress scooter. It will run on a fuel cell and use screw in cannisters of liquid hydrogen that will be available at Walmarts and 7-11 stores nation wide.

Ooh, Ooh. Can I play?
I spoke with an individual who was at the Dealers meeting last weekend and he also said there would be 5 new models coming out next June/July. Two that he mentioned were a Rocket with mid-type controls and forward bars. The other was a six-speed 1500 cc cruiser. RUMOR has it that Mr Bloor saw HD come out with a six-speed, and put the 1500 back on the assembly line for a six-speed fitment.
I LOVE these rumors. Maybe we could start a sticky for them. You know, like a Rumor Repository....

I have it on good authority that the Rocket mill is going to be put into a new naked bike, but that's not due out until 2010.

I hear the Triumph lineup for 09 will include a Trike. It will use the 1493 cc inline 4 from the 1980 Spitfire (for that retro appeal) The thought is that it will appeal to both the car and bike triumph enthusiasts.
Yep, you heard it here first.

they postponed release of the cruiser after yamaha released the raider(apparently its quite similar)... may be a mid '08 release as an '09 model.

I may or may not have overheard that the 1500 will have a seven speed gear box the Speedmaster will get the six speed and in all fairness for HD to remain somewhat competitive the America will be dropped to a four speed.

Yep! You brits with your superfluous U's, alright!!! (I guess those Yanks, Stevie and Lindsey, must have gotten out-voted when it came to the "correct" spelling of that album's title, huh?!) (and BTW Neill...isn't "spelt" some kind of little bitty fish or somethin'???)

Yes, this is true...I picked it up on the short wave last night....Mr. Bloor is also using the Rocket engine (shaft drive should tell you something) to power his new 4-wheel version to be called the Rocket...TR9 The first model only comes as a convertable but Craig Vetter is planning on Marketing an ABS hard top that just clips on....to capitalize on the growing green movement...the TR9 will be a flex fuel vehicle.

I just want to know what's the best oil to use in the new rocket 5000 V8 turbo with nitrus? And should I remove the airbox and AI?
