Does anyone have any experience with this helmet? I found a shelf full of Bell Zephyr helmets at the local Tuesday Morning which is a discount/overstock sort of store. I'm not sure if they have these stores everywhere, but I was surprised at the price- $29 for a full face DOT helmet. I was thinking of picking one up for a back up. They seemed a bit heavy, but looked to be fine quality. I looked online, and they are about $80-90 plus shipping. It makes the $29 price pretty tempting even if it never gets used.
Learning from my mistakes... again and again.

I tried one, very round in shape, and my head is very oval, so no go. But if it fits...

I bought one for my girlfriend. She likes it, no complaints.

Thanks for the heads up, Nathen. I went by Tuesday Morning to look at the helmets and all they had was small size. Called around and the other stores had small and mediums. But, i found one Bell Bandito half helmet for 20 bucks and got that. Not the best helmet probably, but i didn't have any headgear. The color is chrome which i wasn't sure about, but it doesn't look too bad really. Better to me than plain white even though i imagine the 'chrome' may not stay in good shape. Good enough until i find something better. Plus, this should be pretty visible to cagers!

After a long lull in sales, I believe Bell is trying to recapture market share through aggressive pricing. My wife sports a traditional style 3/4 Bell that set me back a mere $60. It flys the DOT flag for the states we run that require the decal, and she loves it. It's all good.
