The seller entered into a contract with e-bay and the potential bidders. He is bound to honor those terms and cannot back out if it doesn't turn out how they wanted, as others here have pointed out. The only thing I can suggest is to hold off on leaving negative feedback. Report them to e-bay as a dead-beat seller and let e-bay contact them. Usually, e-bay can 'persuade' them to reconsider their actions and uphold their end of the deal. Leaving negative feedback will most likely get you negative feedback as well. If it were me, I'd report them and see what happens. If you still don't get the item, let it go.. don't leave any feedback and move on.. unless you don't mind the possibility of getting a retaliatory negative.
