I can't agree with you Bill. He set the starting price. Because it didn't go as high as he expected isn't the problem of the buyer. He should have set a reserve price or just started at a price where he was comfortable letting it go at. I've sold a few things where I thought they would get more but I always shipped them off. That is how ebay works. He owes Gina the item she won.
