Good luck with ebay they're huge and definately have no time for you. Furthermore, leaving negative feedback will cause the seller to return in kind. In the long run good experiences will hopefully outweigh bad experiences but you have no real recourse. I've had people cash my check and never send my item (luckily nothing terribly expensive). After 30 days you can't even leave feedback. If you truly want this item, try to work with the seller.
P.S. Hope it isn't a knock off.
