I bid on a Paul Smith Triumph wallet, stunning thing, was just the right time as my Shaun the Sheep one has broken. Got it for £22 + postage - absolute bargain. Went to paypal paid for it and thought some Monday, I'd have a new wallet.
Saturday morning, get up turn computer on, loking here and check email. Got a REFUND from paypal and a message.

You can not do this. You should have set a reserve if you wanted to sell it for more. I will go as far as £50 INCLUDING POSTAGE, but no more.I would have probably gone that far if anyone else had bid.
If this is not acceptable to you I will be forced to report you to eBay and leave -ve feedback.
This is from eBay's help section...
What buyers can do if they feel a seller has breached the Seller Non-Performance policy
If a seller has refused to complete a sale, and payment has not been sent or payment has been refunded, report the seller. Make sure you include a copy of the email documenting the seller's refusal to complete the sale with the full message text and complete email headers when making your report.

ve only just picked up your email this morning and will think about this; perhaps i should've put a starting price in but i thought it'd sell easily as PS stuff always does. either way, £22 or £50 i lose - will come back to you.
I'm not really sure what to do next. I still haven't got to reporting him (I know I'm being far too reasonable) - YET. At the end of it, I would really like that wallet, and I need a new one anyway, but I'm really pi$$ed that he's gone against eBay policy. And they don't come up for sale that often.
Thoughts guys...
