It can't be that hard - and I feel a dork asking this but how do you adjust the preload.
I have read the manual put the allen key in the hole on the collar but it won't budge. I could give it a bit more muscle but feel I might break the allen key or worst the collar. The bike is clean and well maintained so I don't think it is seized up.
When the wife goes pillion I just want to quickly adjust but it doesnt seem that quick or simple = too me anyway. I know you guys will know.
