After a trip to London in 1965 my dad went to Bremen and brought home this model Triumph Spitfire dressed in Citadel Blue. After driving it around Bavaria for the remainder of our tour of duty, it sailed back to the US only to be wrecked during delivery in the Port of Charleston. This would have been the car I learned to drive, instead I learned in a 1963 Dodge Dart station wagon I've waited longingly for the return of this type of Triumph; one can only hope they don't "Foose" out and give the world that item we see pictured above.
