On the Talladega race trip I travelled 1114 miles and used 23.81 US gallons for an average of 46.78 mpg. That is mostly interstate running 80 mph or so with tent, camping chairs,
sleeping bag and everything else (looked like the Beverly Hillbilly truck going down the road) needed for a 3 day trip to the races. The 790 cc '02 BA has Triumph off road pipes with some unknown jetting, stock air filter with snorkel and rubber snouts removed and an 18 tooth sprocket. I would hit reserve around 160-175 miles or so. The most gas at any stop was 3.82 gallons so I guess there were a few fumes left, but I'm unsure how much.
