John, I have the Triumph heel toe shifter and floor boards. It was on the bike and I got used to it pretty quickly. It's nice for a cruiser set up. I have an America with the standard toe shift. It's more of a hot rod bike and I like it better on that bike. The only compliant on the heel toe shifter and the floor boards was that there was very little adjustability. I would have changed the angle on the floor boards but couldn't. Now I've gotten used to them and they seem natural. Anybody remember getting on an older Triumph after riding a Japanese bike, and downshifting instead of braking?

It could be quite exciting for a few seconds.
