depends on the shop, there is a small shop here Cold Spring, they have done several jobs for me that I didn't have the right tooling for and they are very in expensive. I bet they would do it for about $20 if I gave them the material.larger shops just plain wouldn't want to be bothered probably. I know another guy who builds and races top fuel drag cars, he would do it for me for free. (he does some tig welding for me from time to time since I can't afford a good tig welder)
