I don't know if you know already but the guy that prints those shirts was taken all the way to the High Court by H-D because of that (and I believe) 3 other designs.
Funny, he does dozens of anti-H-D shirts (usually with the same choice language ) but they only objected to four of them!
He was digging his heels in and fighting them but, he told me, when his legal bill passed £50k, he decided to call it time.
