Avoid ATMs, mini-marts, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Sears, JC Penney, Lowe's, Home Depot, Target, all casinos, most hotels, all banks, any city with traffic cameras...the list goes on and on, surveillance is everywhere. Behave and you won't have to worry. Or, just ignore it...I'll worry when the black helicopters show up. 
Man it is tough anymore. I mean, where can ya pick your nose without big brother seeing you? Jeez.
