this place wants $2.50 a gal, the place closer wants $2.55 so i drive all the way over to the $2.50 place and get 20gal. what did i save a buck, a whole buck??? i tell you ,'they want us paying attention to things we have no control over while "they" are doing things to us. be afraid people be very afraid!!!!! there are only a few refineries that can only produce so much, "they" wont let us drill in alaska because we might disturb some animal??? what??? who cares??? get the oil, build some refineries, get it refined and get it to the pumps!!!! why are we not heavily dependant on solor power?? because ted kennedy dont want windmills by his house!!! thats why!!!! W.T.F. if "they" were serious things would be a lot different but "they" are not and "they" want us to be afraid. why are there not more refineries??? why are we not drilling in other places?? why are we driveing cars that dont get any better mileage then they are??? because the powers that be (the media) would have nothing to talk about!!!!!! bio-desiel??? why not??? thomas edison and firestone built a car out of the oil from hemp (which grows in about 4 months, and 1 acre does for the air what 4 acres of trees can do) and then ran it on that oil, that was back then and we are still running cars on crude??? W.T.F. gimme a break, what is plastic made from??? why are we not looking into alternitives for that??? make plastic from something else and we might have more crude???
my wife sez i can beotch all i want but all that is gonna happen is that my blood pressure will rise, so all i can do is sit back and keep my mouth shut. but i just have to laugh when this conversation comes up because i realize the price of gas is exactly what it was when i was a teen makeing 50cent an hr. nothing has changed but the numbers!!!!!!
