Whatever it is, it won't involve a job or career, (except maybe to move funds around, and walk to the mailbox to get the statements of my interest deposits. Maybe just put it all into Berkshire Hathaway, and have Warren Buffet over for lunch to make sure he minds it well. ;-/)

I can stay mighty busy without any job to get in my way

On the very extensive toy list would be a large land yacht type motorcycle to tour with. A Gold Wing with every gee-gaw known to man might work - and hit the road for a few months or years, making sure to hit the 50 states. Love my Triumph, but there would surely be room for 15 or 20 other bikes & brands in the new solid white oak (or other suitable light colored hardwood) post & beam toy barn. (Not as light as oak, but a solid bird's eye maple first growth barn might be nice too.)

I believe I'd keep our current house, but maybe crank it up a million or so with a pool and wrap around porch, a few hundred thousand paver bricks and such, and this and that - oh yeah - the 'staff' would need a house too.

I'd do a lot of renting & leasing too - as in, vacation properties, and leased jets to travel.
Ownership = more work.
