The headlight on my '01 measures 7" (I'm glad I rode it to work today)

The Scrambler runs a 6" headlight.

Yep 7". I tried to buy the lens seperatly because of a crack but I have been told by my dealer that you can only buy the whole headlight unit. I am sure that an old car headlight lens would easily fit.

Whoda thunk that it wasn't possible to just buy the broken bit, but you had to buy the whole kit 'n' kaboodle too?

I think the 7" is a popular light size on many bikes / cars.
Good luck and let us know if'n you get something to fit.

You can buy sealed beam headlights that will work..I see a lot of talk over on the Triumphrat.net from time to time about that. Might be worth looking into.

Just had to do mine to change it from a LH dip to RH dip (moved from U.K. to Spain). Wipac S6003, 7", comes with a pilot light hole, takes the H4 bulb. Paid £9.90 (about $20.00, I think).
It's got a more pronounced curve to the lense but fits a treat. Only problem is I can't get the headlight peak to fit now !! I'm working on it though !!!!

I had a set of H4 conversions from my old '64 vw bug lying in the garage so I decided to put one on the Trumpet. It's the clear version with no running light. I think Adjure made them...fit's great!
