I ride a '06 Speedmaster. When I bought the bike the dealer put on a D&D exhaust and re-jetted the carbs..what size is the re-jet kit that comes with the D&D's? I need to establish a baseline for future mods. I've got the stock airbox and my Speedy runs good and gets 50mpg.

I don't think there is a standard. Mine came the same way and only had pilots upgraded to 45's. The mains were stock.

Mine were rejetted with the 45 pilot when I picked it up. Then I got home and put the 42's back and tore airbox out,
After rejetting, my D&D's were happy.

Tech at the dealership said I had at least 130 mains and a 45 pilot.

wish they'd record the technical specs in your computer file at the dealership when you have something modified so you could be certain of where yer at. He said they go to 130 mains with D&D's and whatever pilot makes it run good. He thought it was a 45 but couldn't say for sure.

I have D&D's with pod filters (freak). I run 42 pilots and 150 mains after much experimenting. I tried the 45 pilots but found them to be too big.

45s were ok on mine 'till I added some backpressure.
Now back to 42s.

Jez my two cents, I put on D&D's and left the jets alone and am ranging about 190-200 miles before reserve. The pipes pop just a bit on decel which I can live with. There ya go another opinion !
