I bought a Garmin Nuvi 370 and love it. Here's the question though:
I've got a mount to put it on the bike, but is there a way to pair it (Bluetooth wise) with ONLY an earpiece without using my phone so that I can hear the voice prompts?

Has anyone done this and if so how?

it is certainly possible with the zumo 550 - have you looked at the owners manual?

They make bluetooth Headsets compatiable with a range of Devices. None for earbuds. Too Small...

Looking at the specs for the 370, I would guess not. The 370 is not listed as motorcycle friendly on Garmins site. I have the Zumo and you can do Bluetooth for the voice prompts. The problem with the bluetooth on the Zumo is it doesn't support stereo, so the built mp3 player would be mono.....no good.

I ran a hard line under the tank and plug in the helmet speakers when doing a road trip....you get voice prompts and stereo mp3's......

I figure I'll have to do the hard line as well, I was just hoping for a bluetooth solution. I know this unit isn't "motorcycle friendly" but that wasn't why I bought it. I just figured I could use it on the bike as well (not in the rain!) and was hoping. Oh well, it's still a great unit; no regrets. I'll just have to look at it at stoplights!
