I uploaded some pics of horn wiring but also repairs of ripped rubber holsters under the gas tank. One of them fell sitting on the engine.
And does anyone know what this open plug is for?

Being a "2 holer" I would guess it's for the aux power plug option. If you can post the colour of the wires without going to a lot of trouble, I'll try to look it up on the wiring diagram tonight.

I couldn't tell what you used for the replacement? I have one sitting on my engine as I type...

I've been wondering about that one myself. It's not the aux power connector, as that's got two spade connectors set at right angles to each other. It's the only connector I haven't been able to figure out. Given the small pins and wiring it's unlikely to be a power supply, more likely a controller or display of some type. My thought was that perhaps it was a connecotr for some sort of diagnostic tool for the computer, but I'm probably way off there.

I already have the aux plugged in. Makes sense what angelis said about the alarm. Ryan, I did not use a replacement for the rubber holdsters. If you look closely I used plastic wraps around them. Lots of them .

You sure you're talking about the little two pin connector, and not the big black twelve (or so) pin connector next to it?
When I wired up my (aftermarket) alarm I only used the twelve pin connector - everything i needed appeared to be there.

Yes, there are two horns. High/low. Sounds like a car. I doubt there is any problem with cooling. Its quite open space and they are small. However it is a good point.
