Ok so maybe we've done the Freak to death but as I've heard a number of times there is a problem with the size of the bolt rubbing on one of the pods, I'd just like to know what size bolt should I get or should I just grind it down before I start the conversion?
There is only one large bolt that comes with the kit and it is 80mm long with an allen head and nylon nut, so can someone who has "been there and done that" enlighten me now on what I should do?
Finally, if this is an ongoing problem, why hasn't the bolt been changed? I remember reading this a while back and ordered my kit after the complaint about the bolt. Mind you I might be jumping the gun and have the right sized bolt who knows? Considering the bolt I have is 80mm long though, I'd be surprised the one it replaced was longer
therefore I have a bolt that is too long like everyone else
