Are the wires run through or just cleaverly disguised?

The bars are 1.25inch Carlini Supersweep, 9 inch rise with 8.5 inch pullback. I just took the bike for over a 2 hour ride and these bars are very comfortable on long rides and I no longer have any numbness on the throttle wrist.

Did you get them through Carlini or a different source?

Excellent! The bars look good with the way you have your lightbar set up...

Thx Phil - You provided some very valuable information with your link on running the wires internally.

I'll take some more pictures and post it once the weather clears up here in NH.

hi B'rover,
how is the low profile seat on rides over 100 mi per day?

looks awesome. Wondering about comfort over the long haul.

I have the same seat, mert. 50-75 miles and I'm ready for a break. It's extremely comfortable, but it's not intended for long trips. You don't have much room to move around on it, but that could just be my big rear end.

it's not a TOURING seat, Mert!!
I have one and about 50 miles my arse gets numb!! Stop for a bit and im ok. I usually do not stop though but around 100 miles I usually stop for gas and stretch and my arse needs a break.. can't beat the look though!!

Mert - It's not a touring seat but it is comfortable as far as I'm concerned. I've done just over 100 miles and taken a break, never tested the stock seat so really can't compare but this is a well designed seat . I have no complaints.

That looks S-A-WEET ! Are those for metric bikes or did you have to drill out the holes for it to work.

I love the look of those grips on there also. Very tough looking bike. How is cruising with only one mirror though? First bike I have seen with only one on there.

I just was taking a second look and your bike and noticed how you have the front signals mounted. Did you use the style where the wires run through the mounting bolt? If you did that means you had to change the bolt that holds on the lights, right? If that's the case then what size spacer and bolt did you use.

Did I miss something (another post, perhaps)? Where's your dual front disc?

Your bike looks great, I was wondering where you got your light kit? Is is it the standard Triumph Light Bar with turn signals mounted to it?

Tinman - I used the spacer/bolt provided in the MAS cycle kit. I believe GRUMP(hope I got the handle right) did a extensive write up for installing this for a uch cleaner look than mine.

BonnyBeemer - I never had the dual disc in front, mine is the stock America with Speedmaster wheels.

Robert_Fiore - This is the standard lightbar with MAS cycle front indicator kit. Refer to www.mascycels.com for more info on the kit

jethro666 - The Dakota is working splendid. Thanks for all your help and detailed write -up.

With the Carlini bars, did you need to lengthen your cable and/or brake lines?

Thanks,
Alan

Brit..looks great, think this winter I'll try your , cables in the bars, idea. That really cleaned it up and the front view with the light bar, looks tough.

Brit,

I just bought the Carlini bars and was very excited. When I opened them up I noticed a flat area of the 1.25" bar near the grip area on the throttle side. The chrome is fine so I do not think it is a dent or ding. The company, Cyclepages.com, who i ordered them from said he gets this question all the time and that they are manufactured that way at Carlini. Is this correct? Do you have a small flat area near the transition on the throttle side?

Thanks,
Alan

Please disregard my concern over the flat area. I see from your posted pictures that the brake reservoir goes over this area of the bars. Excuse my stellar moment of ignorance.
