we only have one option, i want one bad but chose against it for a few reasons. one being the guy is virtually impossible to get a hold of, 2 he is not the most personable of people, and 3 when he is gone to get replacement parts means having a shop make the parts if they even can or will. i have been trying to get scootworks to do it, they were willing to a few months back but seems they have now changed there mind. i say we keep sending them a bunch of emials and see if we can get a 2nd cheaper option. so basically go for it if you have the money, many people love it, have not heard anyone complain who owns one.
