Has anyone recently installed a set of Fork Gaiters?
I'm having trouble figuring out how to make them look right on my America.
The bottom of the gaiter (big end) has a split on both sides to make it easier to slip over the fork leg.
Once in place there is a large gap on both sides that just looks bad!.
I am just lowering it enough to line up with the grooves on the top of the leg.
If I pull it down lower to close the gap some, the gaiter has a pregnant bump in it.
Maybe I'm just missing something here but can't figure out what it is!
Anybody?

I put em on a few months back, and they were a pain in the rear, but just work with them and they will look great! I used some WD40 to help slide em on, and then let the bike sit in the hot sun for a few hours to let the rubber settle into place. If you have a prego bump, try twisting them to release...but they will settle in time.
