I was thinking of some mini apes at first, then saw the Buckhorns and with the fact that they will work w/o changing cables, the decision was pretty much made. I don't beleive the difference in handling would be very noticeable or at least take long to get used too. I have used apes on a chopper before, that took a little getting used to but was easy to overcome, I would think it would be the same. I don't remember off hand who said they weren't comfortable, actually I think it was more an opinion that they didn't look like they'd be comfortable. Not a big deal, just wanted some opininons from folks actually using them. Thanks again.
