I don't know if you mean pull the wheels off the bike or the tires off the rims. If you mean removing the tires from the rims: if you have the equipment, it's easy. If you don't have them, well......
I bought 3 flat prybars on the cheap. I used to change the tires on my dirtbike and streetbikes are not so different. You just need to take your time so you don't scratch the rim or cut the tube. Also you may need to get a little creative to bust the bead from the rim.
I mounted my own rear tire this season and all I had to pay was about $5 to get it balanced before I re-installed it.
