I don't know if you mean pull the wheels off the bike or the tires off the rims. If you mean removing the tires from the rims: if you have the equipment, it's easy. If you don't have them, well......
I figure you mean removing the wheels from the bike, right?
I've been contemplating buying tire changing equipment now that we have two bikes but after asking Pure Triumph what it would cost to swap a tire with me bringing in the wheel and new tire ($30), I decided to just let them do it.
If you bring in the bike, they will have to pull the wheel so that's gonna cost ya. Find out pricing if you bring in the wheel and new tire before you decide what to do. With a good jack, pulling either wheel is very easy.
