Yep, the shifter linkage is a 6MM allen and you just slide it off the splined shaft, rotate the assembly back one tooth and you should be set. The brake is a little more involved but simple. There are two nuts one in and one outboard of the clevis. Break those loose and spin the lower nut down as far as posible....raises the brake pedal just enough. The throttle, I could not get my tech to adjust. Something about Triumph mandating X MM's of slack. In front of your fork tubes, trace the throttle cables to where it just runs over the top of the tree, you will find a rubber "tylenol capsule" loking thing about 2.5" long...Slide that thing apart, take an 8mm and a 10, break that loose and spin it out until you get the freeplay you want, tighten the jamb nut back down and push the Tylenol capsule back together...tada. Oh yeah, on your shift linkage, break the nuts loose on the rod and put a dab of blue loctite on them....some guys have had those back off.
