Ive rarely been snubbed by anyone on a wave. Usually they dont see...and I have been guilty of paying close attention to the cager in front of me and missed a wave.
My best bashing story was shortly after I got the bike. I was waiting at the ferry terminal and a couple HDs showed up. One guy gets on his cell and walks off...the other guy starts circling my bike. Then strikes up the conversation...ill keep it short but plenty of compliments and then the comment "I woudlnt know it was a Triumph, its not leaking oil". I laughed and said we could say the same for your bike. Then we both laughed.
A few minutes later the Goldwing guy showed up...lots o compliments on the Triumph but holly cow how the HD and GW guys went at each other. All the bashing was in good fun and the guy on the cell rode like a jerk once we got to the other side.
No point really...this thread reminded me of that story.
