I agree I turned a pair out of stainless bolts and polished them. I think the bolts started life as 7/16 like $2 each.
An easier way is to go to a custom cycle shop or any shop that sell Drag Spacialties, V Twin , CC , etc... (J&P Cycles too I think) They actually sell threaded and drilled turn signal posts with enough thread to put a spacer on. Hardware stores sell stainless spacers. Not sure what they call them,maybe spacer maybe bushings maybe something else,all I know is True Value and Ace have them, here at least.Not sure if that helps mount the LEDS you are talking about, I don't know what they look like or how they are supposed to go on.
