Some aftermarket pipes require a jet change, some don't. The ones that do often come with a jet kit. The JC Whitney pipes will probably require rejetting but, because they are not specifically intended for any one bike, you are on your own as far as jets are concerned.
The Thunderbike Pipes from Australia and the Triumph offroad pipes are claimed to not require rejetting, but will probably perform better if you do it anyway.
