UK Meet at Hollins Farm, Boot, in the heart of the Lake District, this is scheduled for 2nd 3rd and 4th May 2008. You will need a tent and the campsite charge £7.60 per person per night.
If you want to stop for one night that is fine, the majority of people are stopping on the Saturday night.
If you want to put faces to names of people on here, put your name down.. I will PM you with my address details to forward your payment to me. Please make cheques payable to Mr R Birch and Mrs M R Birch, not forgetting to put your Ba.com name on the reverse, Cheques to reach me before 1st January 2008
We are also in the process of having either a badge / patch made for this ocaassion or a T shirt, Gina (GinaS)is trying to sort a good price for these.
Let's make this the biggest UK meet to date..

The weather looks iffy this weekend, so will go in the cage, if anyone wants to pull out say so now or PM me. As soon as the cheque is paid "NO REFUNDS GIVEN"Will have £0.60p off everyone for each night you stop, will refund this to you though, except Gina who will pay me £0.80p  If were having a "Kitty" suppose it could go in there if everyone agrees

Hi Chris. Sorry had already left by the time you posted this otherwise I would of taken you up on that Brew. Mimd BullBeck was closed, so ended going back to the Cafe on the crook o lune. All monies paid, and even sampled a pint in the Sun Inn, also asked them for a Menu which they will post out for us. Margaret popped in to the other pub in the village and also got a menu, will scan that in and post it up for your perusal..

This is the Menu from the George & Dragon, this isalso a pub and sells "Dent Brewery Beers", the Sun Inn also sells the "Dent Beer" as well.   I don't think the prices are that bad, will leave it up to you to decide

I think you are all going to like the campsite, but especially Dent itself. It is a very small village with a couple of public house (George & Dragon & The Sun Inn). the public houses are literally 5 minutes away walking and are very quaint (Small). There is also a couple of small coffee houses on the main road as well..
