Got a reply from Martyn at the Campsite in Eskdale.

Hi Ray,
The price is a good deal as they say you gets what you pay for there are no extras like paying for hot water the site is brand new also includes a shop on-site ,ref to the Nos increase yes to what ? 40 and all to confirm and to pay a deposit if you confirm 40 that’s what needs to be paid for ref to my other Email
People can still join you if I have space need to call , any-one just turning up is no good and the campsite holds 80 tents I will hold your max to 40 booking not tents because your tents might not all be big tents also if the booking gets bigger we need to talk on the phone about a few people being responsible for all your party so if any issue I do not want to talk to 40 people just a couple and then you can sort any-thing out between you also every-one needs to know that other campers will be on-site

When you think of where the campsite is, it is no wonder it will get booked up pretty early in advance. A lot of walkers use the hills in the Lake District.

I can only say if you intend to come on this next year please get your name down now, I would not want to turn anybody away once this has been booked.

So the cost of one night per person is going to be £7.60 if there are two of you just double that.

As a bonus the campsite is new, with a shop, Showers etc.. Those that have put their names down would you confirm what nights you intend to stop so that I can update my spreadsheet and then I know what is going on...
