I use the Break-away throttle lock. It is the expensive choice at $199.00. It works great though, easy to appy and release, either with a slight pull of the break lever, or a thumb release. You can increase and or decrease the throttle with the lock engaged without little effort
The installation wasn't hard, although the instructions weren't the best.
