I'm an O-ring fan. I can also confirm the o-ring cruise works with the Kuryakyn grips, wasn't certain about that on a post months back.
You can place the o-ring as far in or out of the gap to either hold the throttle dead solid (but easily defeated) or so it just started to slip if you let off.
I also have the Kury Throttle-Boss and the combo is brilliant!
