In July of 2001, I purchased a 2002 Triumph Thunderbird, like this (except mine was to be Jet Black/Graphite Grey of course):
It was coming from England and was not to be here for a couple of months. While looking for pics of it, I found this:
which I believe was the first pic of the 02 BA on the web. Instant love!! Went up to Palm Beach Triumph a few weeks later (late-ish September) and there she was in all her glory. A few more dollars and I had swapped from the T-Bird to my baby. Rode her home that day.
Never regretted it and never looked back!
