My buckhorns are 8.5" rise. I also have Jim's Spacers (1" more). Brake line and Barnett clutch cable are 4" over. I moved the stock throttle cables to the right side of the neck and they are fine.
4-5" over on brake/clutch would do you fine and stock length on throttle, properly routed.
