I've just been going through the process of changing my speedmaster bars over to America ones. Well Ian (dog) has helped me track down the right brake cables from J&P
these ones which are being delivered in the next couple of days.
During the process of changing over the bars though, I've found that one of the throttle cables is fraying a bit too much for my liking so considering the ones I've got are for a Speedmaster, I now just want to get some throttle cables to match my new brake cables but are sized to suit my bike with speedie risers and America bars.
So I would really appreciate it if anyone who has already done this mod to kindly give me what infomation I need so I can order them. Like, if I emailed Barnetts and let them know I needed stainless steel throttle cables to suit an America but say 2" longer, would they be able to fill my order?
Also Whilst I'm at it, I'm thinking I might as well order a clutch cable to suit as well, so likewise, considering others have ordered cables to suit their America's, would Barnetts know what cables to send or do I have to give them sizes etc
