Nope, that's what reciprocity is all about. Refer to my link above although I will say always check the most current state laws that you will be traveling through.
It's unfortunate that the most comprehensive database of laws and reciprocity on the web (www.packing.org) seems to be down. If anyone has a comparable site, please post it.
