If ya get to NZ the Sth Island is more panaramic IMHO. I'm in Nelson, top of the Sth, home of Thunderbike and their touring bike rentals, Great riding down here and wide open spaces... Gonna be in Melbourne myself early Feb and hiring a camper van.... If i'm around look me up when ya get here...
