Then you weren't in the Lake District at the weekend.....
I don't see many normally either, only really when I meet up with the guys from here. I know of two other owners in Bristol, one is a member on here (whom I've never meet) and one who isn't but I borrowed his, while he was plucking up the courage to tell his wife!
Oh and for the record I don't have a TBA I have two.... but that's a story for over a beer.

Cheers on the new bike. What's your favorite beer there in England? Guinness? NewCastle? Just wandering. The NewCastle taste pretty good on draft here anyway. They usually have the local Rat meeting at an English styled pub called George&Dragon in Phoenix,Arizona,USA. Good luck on the new ride, enjoy!!!

Welcome the more TBa's the better, espically in the UK. Mike from USA how can you get draft Newcastle Brown. I live in Newcastle UK and we can only get it in bottles?

Anyway hope you enjoy the ride.

There's a pub near me on the banks of the mersey that does guest ales from all over England, so I tend to go there a lot (for the whisky too).

Normally I'll just order a pint of 'Stella Artois' if no guest ales can be had

Hiya Nick!

Welcome. Best advice I can give as a newcomer myself is get involved.

I went on the ride out on Saturday to the Lakes after some coaxing from the guys on here and it was great. Had never ridden with others before and it was well worth the trip from Tyneside to meet up.

So look forward to seeing you sometime.

Nice bike by the way.

If we are talking about Newcastle Brown then I have to say drinking it from bottles is THE only way it should be served and in a schooner not a pint glass! It ought to be then topped up regularly in the glass to maintain the head.

I should point out that I am not an expert but simply a recovering alchoholic!
